• Operations and equipment: day or night use, lighting, windsock, and fire equipment expectations.
• Obstacles and approach: clear zone, obstacles, and approach directions that affect feasibility.
• Groundworks and access: earthworks, drainage, power, and vehicle access for construction.
• Planning/permissions: status and timeline to understand urgency and constraints.
