This page explains what happens after you submit a landing request in the Helipaddy app, including exactly how to cancel a future request.

After you submit a request

• The site contact is emailed with your request details.
• Your request appears in Flights & Landings in the app.
• If approved, status updates in app and you receive confirmation.

How to cancel a future landing request

1. Open the Helipaddy app.
2. Go to Flights & Landings.
3. Find the future landing request you want to cancel.
4. Swipe left on that entry.
5. Tap Delete (in some app versions this is labeled Cancel), then confirm.

If you cannot cancel in-app, contact [email protected] and include your pilot email, site name, and requested date/time.
