This guide covers the route from H9, H10, H4. A common route is to turn back at the Isle of Dogs and route westbound. Other popular options include continuing north up the Lee Valley Reservoirs, over the site of the Olympic Park, though it is possible to continue east along the river to the Thames estuary, subject to London City airport traffic.
